Having gifted Mr. Radish a pasta maker for Christmas, it was time to put the machine to the test. We made a test batch of pasta and it did not disappoint. Making the dough is a labor of love and you can tell the care and attention that goes into making fresh pasta. It is not a 20 minute affair, more like a few hours.
The lasagna noodles turned out delicate and tender, similar to the dishes found at Italianissimo Restaurant in Woodinville.
