Amelie, part 2

Radish had the pleasure of dining at the new Artisanal Bistro at The Bravern this week.

My companion, and foodie friend, Mr. DJ was a willing participant. We got there before our reservations at 6:30 and were promptly seated in the main dining room.




The good:

AMUSE-BOUCHE : MARINATED OLIVES, WARM MARCONA ALMONDS, GOUGÈRES

HORS D’OEUVRES: WILD BURGUNDY SNAILS EN CROÛTE Mâitre d’Hotel Butter

The good:
Steak Frites HANGER, POMMES FRITES

The good:
ALASKAN SALMON A LA PLANCHA
Rutabaga Sauerkraut, Mustard & Beurre Rouge


The VERY good: GOUGÈRES, cheesey poufs of deliciousness.

Mr. DJ enjoying cheese fancy biscuits of goodness.

The not so good:
FRENCH PRESS COFFEE, Fonte beans and very strong and bitter.
The bad:
TARTE TATIN Cheddar Crust & Crème Fraîche
